Delivery Policy

You can expect your order within 5 to 7 working days. Timing for international orders might be affected by the customs clearance process. Domestic orders within the United States are delivered via 2 Day shipping for free. Expedited overnight shipping is optional for an additional $40 fee. We charge a $60 flat fee for standard shipping outside of the United States. Expedited shipping for international delivery is available for an additional fee. All items are fully covered by insurance for loss and damage.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LenaErziak.com. We will gladly accept merchandise in its original condition, excluding final sale items, for refund or exchange when accompanied by original sales slip. Returned merchandise must also include the original shoe box, dust bag and must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
